You Are Never Alone

This is part of a song by Colton Dixon; it's called "Never Gone". It's a wonderful song. And this particular quote is very, very true.

Think of the darkest time you went through in your life. Maybe a death, maybe just your own emotions taking a beating.

God was with you, even then. 

Even if you multiply those feelings of darkness by a thousand, a million, or even a billion... God will always be with you. He loves you, and He will always be by your side.

If you protest that no one could possibly love you that much... well... He did. Think about it - He sent his only Son to die.

Die for you.

It's a wonderful and somewhat shocking thing, isn't it? No one these days would expect anyone to die for them; everyone cares too much about their own lives, after all, and you're not worth it anyway, right?

Wrong.

You were worth so much that someone did die for you. He was beaten, scorned, and crucified... for you. At the end of His life, He was even cut off from His own Father, unable to communicate with Him... for you.

You are precious. Someone died for you. You are never alone.

Here is a poem I wrote... it needs some work, and I plan on turning it into a song, but I thought I'd post it here now regardless. :)

Jesus Christ has the power to set you free from whatever pain, sorrow, or hardships that have you trapped in their grip. You have to give everything wholeheartedly up to Him, and let Him lend you the strength to fight.

I meant to post this on Christmas, but life got in the way. It doesn't really matter; the message is the same, and the singer said that it's not just for Christmas.

Your loved ones are always with you. They're never gone so long as you keep them in your minds and hearts forever.

When God Pushes You To The Edge Of Difficulty...

God is in complete control, and he will never give you anything harder than what you can handle. He is always there, and He will always love you. And no matter what you are going through, He is always there watching over you, until the end of time.
