Timon and Simba...

Okay, this isn't an inspirational/encouraging picture, per se, but I've decided that on Thursdays I'll be posting pictures of adorable or beautiful things. Because those are just as helpful, sometimes, I think, as encouraging quotes.

This is a favorite of mine. Maybe it's just because I love The Lion King. ;-)

New Day Dawning

This is an entirely inspirational blog. Here, I will post encouraging videos and pictures, as well as share experiences that either helped me get through a hard time or should help others.

If I mention any singers, writers, actors, or otherwise famous people here, it's not because I'm being a mad fan. It's because many of them (singers especially) help me stay alive. There are a few songs like that; if I hadn't heard a few of them when I did, i wouldn't be here right now.

So this blog is dedicated to the lonely ones, the grieving ones, the doubtful ones, the ones that can't seem to find the strength to keep going, and the ones who have been through pain and suffering... only to make it out in the end.
